Food, service, and hospitality were top-notch! The wood burner added a warm touch, and our dog was very cozy too. Highly recommended – will definitely be back for another visit! EDIT: Checked our receipt following the visit, and we were overcharged for a small fish and chips which went through as a daily special... Unfortunate that we didn't notice at the time so it could have been resolved.

Lovely pub and B&B, great for weekends or wedding nights (St Audries nearby is a popular wedding venue). The rooms were decent and the bathroom had a lovely roll top bathtub. Also had a wonderful dinner in the pub (we rate the steak, burger, fish and chips and sticky toffee pudding). All of this with friendly staff/owners made it a great stay. Thank you.

We visited this place whilst on holiday & found it to be a beautiful place, which served great beer & absolutely fantastic food. They also welcomed our 3 dogs in (one is very big) without the slightest concern. We'll definitely be visiting this place again before the end of our holiday.

Absolutely delightful pub - Catherine managed to find me a table even though they were fully booked and served me the best Sunday Roast I've had in years. Friendly staff, lovely food, highly recommended 😁

This is a perfect example of what a local pub should be. Great beer, great wine, great food. Helpful staff and welcoming people. We felt accepted and had a great time.

Went for Sunday lunch today, oh my goodness what a lovely lovely meal. We were not rushed even though busy, the beef with all the trimmings was perfect and the sticky toffee pudding was amazing! Would absolutely recommend. 😁

Limited parking spots in front of the inn, which made finding a space a bit challenging. The food was not quite worth the price. The Falafel burger had a flavorful hummus sauce, but overall, the dish was too dry. The seafood linguini was just okay. An average experience overall.

Had a delicious Sunday roast dinner and we rate it as the best one we've had when eating out. We've visited here on 6 occasions and have always had great food and service and it's good value. Unfortunately it's over an hour's drive for us, but always worth it 👌

Called in on the off chance of a table for Sunday lunch. Despite being busy they could not have been more accommodating. From the moment we walked through the door, each member of the team was excellent and we felt truly welcome. The food was really very good. A super traditional roast pork and beautiful lemon sole and very reasonably priced. Cannot wait to return, thank you.
